Bio: Kristin Johnson Bott is the founder of Mindful Wellness where she guides women to rediscover their strength and vitality by aligning mind, body, and heart. She combines her expertise in mindfulness, nervous system regulation, mindset coaching, nutrition, and movement to help women create balance and joy from the inside out. After witnessing the power of these tools in her own healing journey — and combining them with her Menopause Coach training — Kristin now empowers women to embrace midlife as a season of renewal, not resistance. Through her coaching, motivational speaking, workshops, and retreats, she invites her clients to make the rest of their life~ the best of their life — healthy, happy, and fully present.
